NOS dated December 20th of 1983 which would make this correct for the 1984 model year. This unit comes as shown with the power antenna as well. Only thing I can see missing is the two radio knobs. This was a dealer option on GM vehicles such as Cadillac, Buick, Pontiac, Oldsmobile and Chevrolet. Very rarely will you ever find a complete NOS unit in the box.
