Plugged it in and it did not turn on the first Tube by the outlet was getting hot. Buttons work but the dials do not so it wont move the needles.

It probably works but we can’t find the power cord and it is an unusual cord, like a 6 0r 8 pin cord. Beautiful condition no cracks or damage.
