This is a Swan receiver accompanied by the special power supply that makes it work. The power supply appears to work just fine. The meter did respond to various knob movements, but it’s unknown if the response was appropriate. One of the rubber feet on the power supply is loose but included. Installing it will require finding the right nut for the screw.
