This listing is for a vintage New Old Stock USMC CU-2194/URC Antenna Diplexer in excellent condition. This rare and collectible piece of military communication equipment is a fantastic addition to any military or vintage radio enthusiast’s collection. Made in the USA, this diplexer is designed to allow two radios operating in the 30 to 76 MHz frequency range to share a common antenna. It can be operated with most radios from the RT, AN/PRC series and others. The frequency difference between the two transmitters must be at least 2 MHz and the maximum power must not exceed 65W. Excellent New Old Stock condition – some wear on the outside of the case from rubbing on the box or packing material. The CU-2194/URC is an impressive piece of military history that will undoubtedly be a conversation starter and a unique addition to any collection. He really focused on purchasing equipment from special surplus auctions at the Nevada Test Site, Sandia Labs, Nellis Air Force Base, Kirtland Air force Base, etc. Many of the items we have are from EG&G, Department of Energy, NASA, Air Force, Navy, Marines and Army. The previous owner kept notes on nearly everything as it seemed to be his life-long hobby to collect, test, and document everything he owned. Manufacturing technology was not the same as it is today so imperfections should be expected. Also, these items may have been in storage for 40-80 years and could be dusty, greasy or have surface rust, spider webs, etc.
