Cosmetically, this Kenwood TS-820S looks pretty good for it’s age with minimal wear. However, it needs work. It powers up (power cable not included), however we’re not getting any RX or TX. Further, the VFO appears to be bad. It’s complete inside and should make an excellent candidate for restoration or a great organ donor in the worst-case scenario! The bottom line is this… You’ll receive your item on time and in perfect condition regardless of how big, heavy, or delicate your item may be!
