Here we have an estate sale find! I do not know what this is or what it does. Here is what I can tell you. I plugged it in and it powered in briefly and went off. I checked the plug and it was fine. Machine popped small fuse on back. Don’t have replacement fuses to swap. Item is very very heavy!
