I plugged the unit in, it did not power up. I could not get anything to happen. One of the knobs is missing, the other knob seems to turn endlessly. May be missing some tubes, I cant be for sure. See pictures, frame is solid, with wear. Dimensions in image, pretty good size. The tray in the back is loose and moves the dial with it.
