Powers on, seems to transmit, the light changes color and you can hear an audible change plus the added Roger beep activates when you key up but the meter doesnt move, receives but needs tuning. Part of the second number doesnt display. Has 3 mod switches. One is a Roger beep, one is a receive mod and I’m not sure what the 3rd one is. Comes with turner plus three B mic.
