Vintage Sayno M-x650K boombox. Tested powers up with ac power cord only! I could not get either dc power options to power up the unit batteries or dc 12v plug? I have read it could be the auto switching switch from ac to dc? I have no idea. Although the spring terminals are a bit Rusty I did clean the contact ends up still did not work? Antenna is loose looks like screw is Stripped possibly could use new antenna. The power cord supplied is not a factory oem cord. I opened the unit to inspect see if there was any corrosion or anything strange(I’m no radio expert) I didn’t nottice anything that stood out to be out of place. Speakers look to be in good condition. I tried playing a casset tape reels did not turn? There seems to be some sort of issuies with the dolby noise reduction switch you have to play with it to get radio playing? And it’s very loud on low volume? I have not tested beyond what I have described! I have not fully bubble wrapped and double boxed this unit yet just in case someone wants me to open it back up and check anything or needs extra pictures. These are vintage units that are getting harder to find, and I like them packed well. If my weights are heavier than my estimate I will cover the difference! Even though this unit seems to power on and play at least the radio portion. This is a parts or repair item!! Unworking the way it should! There are scratches and stains and paint chips as seen in photos!
