When i start it the screen does come on and the upper and lower floppy drives red lights do come on and bottom one makes the correct noise also does the same when the red button is pushed. As you can see from the pictures i do have hor and vert lines and i could not find a adjustment for that. Looks wise not bad but as you can see from the pictures the original silver. Is worn off and scratched none that deep it could be refinished but again this is over 40 years old and as electronics goes this may as well be a dino bone.
