This item has been tested by our technician, a ham radio operator of more than 55 years. Here’s what he had to say: The radio is missing all crystals except one for 15 meters. We tested on 40 meters using crystal we had in the shop (not included in the sale), and the radio put out 90 watts into a dummy load. The RCA fitting on the rear of the radio appears to be cracked causing poor contact, and will likely need to be replaced. The meter shows no readon on PLATE or ALC settings, works well on GRID position. When set on 21.2 and 21.4, we get no receive signal at all. The good news is that the crystal calibrator works.
