Juiced this up with 6 V of power.. Unit turned on , indicator light came on although all we heard was a hum. The good part is this is a complete original Not caked with rust and the plastic Bakelite face is still in very nice (my opinion)original condition. Can use a thorough cleaning. Unit may need tube replacement, capacitor replacement etc. With the spring building season here this item should not last.
