I could only get one station to come in barely. One light also appears to be out (see pics). FM stereo was able to lock in and the stereo light turned on. THIS ITEM IS TESTED AND WORKING GOOD. THE ANTENNA IS LOOSE IS OUT OF POSITION, and THE VENEER IS LIFTING UP AND BUBBLE UP, and THERE IS BIG CRACK UNDERNEATH OF THE LEFT SIDE AS PICTURED. THE FRONT FACEPLATE HAS SOME SCRATCHES, SCRAPES, SCUFFS, ON THE LEFT SIDE, and THE FACEPLATE RIM HAS SOME DENTS, NICKS, DINGS. WHAT IS PICTURED IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE. Some of the chrome plated plastic parts have a funky green discoloration which can be seen in the final picture. The harness appears to have been modified at some point but is there. Item will be packaged very well and fully insured! Our feedback reflects our packaging skills and loyalty to our customers! This is an estate item from a older gentleman that collected vintage audio equipment. We tested this unit here in the shop. All inputs and speaker outputs functioned. The right channel is lower in volume and also the unit has a very low audible hum. It’ll probably just need a few new caps. The controls function smoothly and are quiet while making adjustments. This unit does not appear to have had a lot of use. It is very clean! The cosmetics are very nice as pictured! The wood case is excellent with very minor blemishing. There’s a small chip in the veneer on the upper right corner that we repaired with Eileen’s tacky clue (last pic). Also one tuner dial lamp was out when we first powered it up, but it came on shortly afterwards and stayed on. The photos describe cosmetics the best so p. Channel output is very scratchy. This unit needs a professional recap to be fully functional. As is, but a great deal for a baby Marantz.
