I’ve had it for years. The cord is ok, but a little dirty. I plugged it in, gave it a few minutes to warm up, but then there was a poof sound and a small flash and no more power. I guess a tube burned out. The dial needle moves, but doesn’t go all the way to the right side.

Item will be packaged very well and fully insured! Our feedback reflects our packaging skills and loyalty to our customers! This is a rare estate item from a gentleman that repaired and collected vintage electronics. This unit is untested as it is missing the volume and autoscan tuning control board(s). Everything else appears to be there, and the fuses are good. It was more than likely in the process of repair, however we are unsure. The tuning wheel turns the tuner as it should. There is also a bag of some screws, buttons, and sliders for the missing controls included. Also there is a spare antenna and meter that looks to have been replaced with other ones in better condition. It has no feet. The signal meter is loose as the plastic bracket is disconnected as pictured. Also the lettering is falling off the glass as shown. We are not sure if everything is there or not. Please study the photos very closely! Again, Parts/Repair only for this reason! The photos describe cosmetics the best so p. The pictures are part of the item’s description. The Cassette Player works. The battery compartment is easy to get to and is in good condition. The antenna works good. The speakers work good. It’s the on and off button that is sensitive and you have to play with it on the FM radio part for it to work. I’ve put batteries in it and plugged into electric and everything works even the 2 front blinker lights.
