This is a set of 4 Radio Rocket / Radio Flyer wheels, cup washers, cotter pins, with 3 metal caps and screws. Wheels are 8″ diameter and are 2 1/2″ wide at the hub/axle. These fit a 1/2 diameter axle that uses a cotter pin to hold the wheel on. Two tires have tread weakness as shown in the photos.
