The white mark in the left side of dial face is not a scratch. It is debris stuck on the backside. THE BAD I tested it and found the following problems. This list is only the things I saw and is not a guarantee that their are not more problems. The tuning knob is stuck and won’t turn and the rubber grip is torn off. The auxiliary input distorts the sound. (May be a bad capacitor) The power cord has been chewed on and has exposed copper. There are plenty of scuffs and light scratches. THE GOOD I played some music through the tape monitor input and the sound quality is amazing! I detected no scratching in the output when turning the various knobs. I did not do any other tests.
