Listing is for a vintage model BE-7S Erectronic System by Science Electronics Inc, Cambridge Mass. This is not a complete system, but is part of a DIY radio setup manufactured by Erectronics. Included are 4x components as well as their original wooden case. The parts included are a torque receiver, a differential transmitter, a control transformer, and a torque transmitter. Each part has a rotating dial on the front marked Science Electronics inc and it’s attached to a Vernitron synchro on the back. The parts are mounted on a blue metal bracket and there’s some wires hooked up to a yellow connector on each part. The dials all turn freely and appear to be in good shape. The torque receiver has a Vernitron synchro receiver type 23TR6 part number 7676355. The differential transmitter has a Vernitron synchro differential transmitter type 23CDX6a part number 8212786. The control transformer has a Vernitron synchro control transformer type 23CT6 part number 7676357. The torque transmitter has a Vernitron synchro transmitter type 23TX6 part number 7676354. The parts come in the original wooden case. The case is in good shape however the inside is a bit dirty and there’s some old padding on the bottom that is completely disintegrated. The result is a lot of foam dust that’s on the bottom and there’s some dust on the parts as well. We’ve only partially cleaned and wiped these parts down but they’re still dusty and not totally clean. The outside of the box is in pretty good shape but it does have worn spots, scratches, scuffs, and marks. The latch and handle are in good shape, and there’s rubber feet underneath.
