Chassis was tested and did not function. Power cord is in fair condition, with electrical tape in one section and some fraying to the cloth. Dial indicator turns propetly. All of the tubes except the #47 tested good on my Eico Model 625 tube tester. Do not hesitate to make an offer, all will be considered.
