It is complete with the knobs, face plate, and radio. The radio face plate is in good shape for being 50+ years old. If you are able to find complete OEM radios for sale, the box is typically rusty. This one is not too bad as one can still read the factory stamping numbers. The top of this radio reads FoMoCo with (I believe) date installed numbers of 02 5 66 and a part number of 6TBT 117101. The face plate has some pitting (see pictures) but should clean up fairly well. This is your chance to get a full unit.
