It do power on and the speakers work, there is a little distortion when you turn the volume knob. The dial knob will need to be looked at, it will not turn the channel adjuster anymore. The cassette player has stopped working, not sure why. The front cover was loose and the previous owner put come tape around it. I cut the tape to find out the problem and it is still attached but loose. There is a place on the top that was cut for some reason, see photos. The antenna are still intact but the little tip is missing. No problem with cord or battery compartment. No missing knobs, but two of the flip switches are missing from the tape mode area. Minor discoloration to the back plastic from age. The is some light red paint, looks like over spray under the right speaker. The left speaker was replace and only difference I can see is a red ring around the cone.
