Item for sale is a vintage 1980’s Sony Walkman model WM-100. This was the smallest walkman available in the day. Just barely larger than a cassette. Walkman is not in working order. Definitely will need new belts, and if memory serves me, I recall the unit jamming up on me after a visit to the beach, so it likely needs to be lubed and cleaned to remove internal debris. I began to try to repair it myself but ditched the effort after the front plastic window cover came off and i tried to glue it back on unsuccessfully, causing the paint to loosen, i used a black marker to cover the damage. Externally, the unit is in decent shape. Has a very small dent on the top of the unit. The original rechargeable battery has long since been lost along with the headphones. Comes with the original plastic carrying case, velcro glue has come loose and needs to be restuck. Weight: 6.9 oz.
