We see no dents of any kind, and other than some light surface scratches there does not appear to be any real damage to the finish. With a good cleaning, this receiver will look pretty good. This unit was powered on slowly with a Variac, and then left on for over an hour. There was no hum, smoke, odor, or any other signs of problems. In addition, from what we could see all tube filaments were lit, and the meter seemed responsive. However, this is the only “testing” we have done.
